Founder - Ve Ann Phillips

​

Ve Ann is the heart and soul of Grenadines Charms. There are never too many questions you can ask about chartering, she’s always there to advise about your charter plans. Having years of experience in the charter industry and great knowledge of the area, she manages our charter services. If she’s not at the office, she enjoys spending time on the beach and traveling to different destinations.

Base Manager - Shion Quashie

Shion is known as the man of many trades, he’s experienced in team management, boat cleaning and detailing, engineering and mechanical repairs.

He’s the heart of our team and there's no problem too difficult for him to solve. When he’s not on our boats or out solving a problem, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.



Customer Service - Christopher

​

He’s known as Chris to most people. Chris works at our base during yacht turnarounds making sure each yacht is charter ready. When he’s not at base Chris enjoys riding his bicycle around the island of Bequia.
